Out of School Care: 2 Locations to Serve You Better

A2Z Kidz Ed. has provided childcare before and after school since 2009. A2Z Kidz Ed. Childcare is a play-based program that offers a variety of age-appropriate, creative activities to help the children grow in an atmosphere of support and trust.

Children may participate in arts and crafts, play with board games and manipulatives, engage in dramatic play, read and socialize. A portion of every afternoon is spent on the playground, weather permitting. Children engage in gross motor activities that give them a chance to let off steam after the school day. We also provide healthy snacks and quiet spaces for homework.

Peace of Mind for Parents

Children may come to the Before School Program as early as 7:00 am, and may be picked up from the After School Program as late as 6:00 pm. Closed all statutory holidays plus 3 days per year for professional staff training.

PD Days and School Breaks

Yes, we're open on PD days and during school breaks. We're only closed on statutory holidays.

Fees

Our fees are reasonable and affordable for families. School-age care is not covered by Alberta's flat daycare fee, but families may qualify for the Child Care Subsidy.
